Photoshop Design Expert photo manipulation

Graphic Design Expert (Photoshop CS4) We are looking to find a Photoshop EXPERT to do a series of images, and photo manipulation in Photoshop cs4. The first one is an over-sized poster size = 8 foot by 8 foot. Must be at 720 dpi print ready format that includes the art direction provided below. In addition, we will need a final for approval, along with any edits needed. Include shadows and blending 6. apply an Eyeglass reflection similar to [login to view URL] make sure the image is at the correct angle. 7. apply a light grunge overlay to the background, but not on the persons, body or items holding so it blends better. 8. apply copy, and logo Graphic Size: 95-1/4"w x 94-1/2"h (may change by one inch) We will supply the logos, copy, and man for the photo. need cs4 file for deliverable.
