Need PSD layout - sliced and coded

I am looking for a graphic designer/css/html coder that can create psd layouts and then slice and code them. I am looking for someone who is reliable and can do this in a quick turnaround. I will have ongoing projects, but I would like this to be a test run for the person selected to see reliability, speed and quality. I have attached the logo here and will give preference to anyone that create a mock up to show me what a design could look like. I am looking for someone who can design with a web 2.o style in mind, very clean, rounded edges, etc. If you think you are that person, let me know what it will cost to do these types of jobs. As I said, preference will be given to anyone that does a mock up for me.
