IOS and Android game app

I need a mobile app that functions on both ios and Adroid platform. The game is a very straightforward concept. Users will sign into game using social media accounts FB or Twitter. They will buy tokens from site and use those tokens to play other simple games within the app. The prize for winning games is tokens, the same tokens they purchased. Users should be able to accumlate tokens and then have the ability "cash" in those tokens to admin for prizes that we choose to give out. Imagine the token concept like Zynga poker, you buy chips and then use chips to play other people from your social media network. Same concept except we need a cash out functionality as well. Sms account verification functionality is required as well. The main gaming page of the app will have a "wall" type interface where feeds of current active games are being displayed. impeccable security and interface design are a must.
