Sir. As you said, it is a pretty simple task. I working with CorelDraw (vectorgraphics) and can export in many sizes you want. If you accepts me for job, I will present some (draft) mockups (to see different layouts/format), and then (1-2 hours later) I would like to contact you (on skype, for example), and after we discussed your suggestions, I going to finalize your "icon". I suggest simple desigs for smaller sizes and some improved (with some effects / gradients / shadows) for bigger sizes. I planning to make it today, or in worst case, until tomorrow. But it depends on your communication :)
