Tshirt Design Program

i need a program that i can can do these things.....1. I need to have my logo put in it and it allows me to resize it and change the color of it in alot of different...2. i need to be able to add text with many different writing styles and also be able to import other clipart and pictures....3. I need it to have templates of every type of shirt possible..Tshirts,polos,Dress up shirts, tank tops, women tshirts, women tank tops...and i need to have the opions to be able to add designs to those templates like vertical lines,horozontial lines,change the colors of the colors and sleeves and add the text and logo and whatever other clipart where ever i want on the shirts...have it all done in the form of like a logo studio program
