banner now

I need to have a banner redesigned within 2 hrs. I attaching 2 screenshots so you can see what the existing site looks like. Right now I have a video window and image gallery placed side by side below the banner, therefore, in designing the banner I want to make sure the banner with the video and image gallery does'nt look too busy or crowded. The site will provide a lot of information and programs for pharmacist and students. Please do not take the job if you can't deliver within 2 hrs. I need 4 different views (samples). You will notice that the name in the banner is arched but this is not necessary. The letterhead has this arched look but personally I don't like it and need a better design. I purposely left alot of blank white space because I am looking for someone that has good graphic skills and can deliver a very nice looking custom banner. I need it now! The time now is 1:15 PM eastern standard time USA. I will award this project as soon as I get enough bids within 1-2 hrs.
