High Quality Flash Animation

I need a super high quality flash animator to animate some technical material. The project is to animate a cut-away of a home with moving/working HVAC components in it. When you roll over each component that item will highlight and get bigger and will act as a link to a section of the website. I need a series of components included in the home (i.e. AC unit, boiler, furnace, venting, radiant heating in floor, etc.) Everything must be 3D and detailed including the cross-section of the home. Then each of the HVAC components will highlight and enlarge upon roll-over. I will also need a link action applied to these items. I NEED to see samples of your high quality RELATED flash work or I will not consider you at all. See attached for an example of a cross-section of a home. I need something similar, but need you to illustrate the HVAC components. I will supply the exact items I need upon the start of the project. I need some cool stuff here!!!
