563165 Joomla Video Streaming Membership

Hello All, We currently have a joomla website designed and we want to add some functionality to the website. Our website provides training videos to our members. Here is what we need 1) Setting up a membership system so the members can sign up for different plans (e.g. silver, gold, platinum) or purchase credits to be able to view our training videos. 2) Members can use the credits to watch different videos. Also should be able to search and connect to other members if those members choose to be visible. 3) We need an admin part of the project (interface) which provides us with these functionality a) Add or delete videos b) defining the cost of videos based on the credit c) managing the members d) providing special deals 4) Payment Gateway implementation : We want to implement [login to view URL] gateway to process the purchase and you should be able to set up the automation of the process and matching the page. 5) We want to host the videos on our servers or on Amazon and use the a player to show the videos (flash and HTML5). We want to make sure our contents are secure and cannot be copied. We are open to use any other solution you may recommend however it should be compatible both with Flash and Non flash systems (Windows, macs, iPhone, iPads) 6) Members should be able to find each other (if they opt in) and they can invite to chat or video chat or conference video chat 7) facebook login integration 8) Each member can start a private chat room for video conference and sharing information Previous experience with Joomla is a must. Previous experience with Video Streaming is a bonus. Please JUST PROVIDE your joomla projects if you want to attach a portfolio.
