Professional Branding Campaign

Hi We are an IT hardware company and require design work for ALL our literature including web and print material. By the summer of 2007, we will be launching 7 products; therefore, we seek long term commitment from the designer. The designer must be a talented individual - not just a Photoshop wizard. The designer will work on their own initiative and to very strict deadlines. All the designs will be of exceptional quality, clean, professional and creative. To begin with, we require corporate style flash headers for our products: similar to the ones seen on the IBM, Lenovo, Toshiba, Hitachi, Acer, Sony Ericsson, Navman and Dell etc. websites. We will also require the design of data/specification sheets which will have multiple images of our products laid out in a neat, crisp and professional style. ***The work required needs to be of exceptional quality - we DON'T require somebody who requires detailed brief sheets: amaze us with your own work. The individual needs to understand the psychology behind design and the impact it has on end users. All references will be checked and only EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS need apply. No college students. You must have a fixed telephone line and must be able to communicate your ideas clearly. The work, as mentioned above, is based on a long term basis subject to cost effectiveness. We don't want somebody who's quality of work is dictated by price: the designer is to work with our company in developing our brand and image (show commitment to our company). We have a fixed budget which is not very high: so would suit individuals (No Design Agencies please). Preference will be given to somebody who has knowledge of Joomla and is an experienced photographer (or has experience of working with photography/real images.) The work will start immediately. The designer will be an integral part of our team: you will be called upon for advice on everything relating to published material.
