Flash coding with future work

All, I'm part of a design collective that is due to launch soon. Myself and my 2 partners have background skills in Graphic Design, Product Design, Marketing, Advertising, Trend Forecasting and Ethical Business. The short job: We've got a website idea that needs a Flash Actionscript coder. We're very familiar with flash - but not exceptional coders. You will be. We'd like to work with you on the design of this site. We can send a full brief over if we like your reply... so no pressure there... The long job: As part of the collective we're hoping to be able to pitch for website design jobs so we're looking for an association with actionscript coders, php, asp, cgi etc that we can use for the occasional project. We're UK based - in London - and ideally you will be somewhere close. But if you're our type of person distance isn't too important.
