simple flash animation as landing page, 2nd try

As a landing-page for my website, I need a simple flash animation. You will get an idea of what I am looking for when you open the jpg-file attached to this project. Basically I need some objects changing their size (like a pumping-motion) plus a bit of scrolling text and a looped sound in the background. Under the animated graphic there will be two sentences of text and a few clickable country flags which lead to different pages of the website. A pro should not need more than one or two hours to get this done. The winner of this bid will work closely with a webdesigner who will give him an idea of a background colour to match the corporate identity.
