Productivity game extension

I am looking for someone skilled with extensions for Microsoft Office or Google Docs. The project is an extension that rewards you with points every time you complete a specific programmed task. Let’s say a student has to write a 5 paragraph essay. Mini rewards and larger rewards would be programmed in. For example, for every paragraph you write, you get a Point. When you’re done with the essay, you get five Points. The Points would be part of a game or app—you’d make your own avatar, customize them with equipment, skills from Points and use those abilities in a mini game (like soccer or a fighting game.)
