Calendar for 2012 across the top
Employee names down the side
The ability to put in availability/unavailability of staff members
The ability to note when a staff member is booked for a job (my staff are all casuals) and job details
Be able to mark a job completed as paid
I want to be able to see one month at a time (unlike the example below which you have to scroll across)

- I like how this one has a key and if you just enter a letter that corresponds to a key it automatically shades the cell a specific colour
- I like how the key is in a seperate sheet within the workbook
- this spreadsheet also has a report functionaliy that i like
