A permutation generator that doesn't repeat items.

For example I want a permutation generator that can support 9 columns. Some columns will have the same information but not to repeat. Will give an example at below. Column (1) type of grass: Monkey Grass, Blue Grass, Fescue, Bermuda. Column (2) type of equipment: Lawn mower, Hedgers, weed eater, aerator, leaf blower. Column (3) type of equipment: Lawn mower, Hedgers, weed eater, aerator, leaf blower. Column (4) workers: Lisa, Alex, John, Jim, Michael, Jose, Oscar, Ashley, Shirley. Column (5) workers: Lisa, Alex, John, Jim, Michael, Jose, Oscar, Ashley, Shirley. Column (6) workers: Lisa, Alex, John, Jim, Michael, Jose, Oscar, Ashley, Shirley. Column (7) hours worked: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Column (8) Pay: $12, $13, $14, $15. Column (9) Type of payment: Check, Cash, Direct Deposit, Wire. Example of what I do want: Monkey Grass, Lawn Mower, Hedger, Weed eater, Lisa, Alex,1, Check. What I don't want: Monkey Grass, ((Lawn Mower, Lawn Mower,)) Hedger, Lisa, Alex, 1, Check. I do not want any repeating information like ((Lawn Mower, Lawn Mower)) in the same permutation.
