Need simple Excel VBA macro based on conditional statements

Hi

I need someone who will write a simple Excel macro for me which will be automatically updating values in range E12:E33 based on pre-entered values in this range and based on correspondive value in range AP12:AN33 after taking into consideration following criterias:

a) If value in E12 is 99% then if:

AP12 = 1, E12 should be changed to 100%

AP12 = 2, E12 should be unchanged (99%)

AP12 = 3, E12 should be changed to 0%

b) If value in range E12 is 100% then if:

AP12 = 1, E12 should be unchanged (100%)

AP12 = 2, E12 should be changed to 99%

AP12 = 3, E12 should be changed to 0%

c) If value in E12 is equal to or bigger than 50% and equal to or lower than 98% then if:

AP12 = 1, E12 should be changed to 89%

AP12 = 2, E12 should be changed to 19%

AP12 = 3, E12 should be changed to 0%

d) If value in E12 is equal to or bigger than 0% and equal to or lower than 49% then if:

AP12 = 1, E12 should be changed to 79%

AP12 = 2, E12 should be changed to 9%

AP12 = 3, E12 should be changed to 0%

e) If value in E12 is equal to or bigger than -500% and equal to or lower than -1% then if:

AP12 = 1, E12 should be changed to 79%

AP12 = 2, E12 should be changed to -24%

AP12 = 3, E12 should stay unchanged!!!

Same reasoning should be followed for all other 21 rows (so value in E13 should be changed based on number in cell AN13, value in E14 should be changed based on number in cell AN14 etc)

I posted simple Excel sheet in order to make work on the macro easier but please not this data is just sample and values in columns AP and E will be changing often so macro must work with all possible scenarios listed above

Budget is 20$ as this shouldn't take more than 1h for someone who is familiar with conditional statements in Excel VBA
