I am provided with two separate product sheets from a supplier. The first sheet has a large list of products and prices and I will call the price list. The second sheet lists the same products but has additional information including specifically which country a product is sold in, this is referred to as the offers matrix. I am looking for a tool / macro that will import both files, allow me to specify the country, and then re-export the pricelist in the same format as the original price list with the following changes: a)removing products that are not for sale in the country I select b) For each product append 3 extra columns from the offers matrix Products must be matched between the two sheets using a GUID

Using GUID the two sheets can be matched. After filtering using Country we can export the products sold in the country and create a new file. If you can share the 2 sheets I can verify & confirm.
