Before Starting Please do the following to get familiar with this work and to understand it better: #0. Watch our PART 1 and PART 2 Video Explanations to understand what we need to accomplish and then ask questions if you need to understand something better. You can also watch 2 video references from links provided lower as well, as examples of work by other people online. Here is what required to complete once you get started: #1. Create 2 Data Entry Forms based on Macro Code through "Developer Tab" and "Designer Tools" in Excel. These 2 forms are: "Add a New Client" and "Add a New Scheduled Email". #2. Make these 2 Macro Based Data Entry forms to Enter Data into 2 separate sheets. These 2 forms are: "Add a New Client" and "Add a New Scheduled Email". #3. Create 2 Filtration of Data Forms via Macro Code through "Developer Tab" and "Designer Tools" in Excel to filter existing data - advanced filters of data. 1st Form is called "Check a Client" and 2nd form is called "Check Missing Emails". #4. Correct or Improve alignment of fields, adjust size of fields for better visibility, add color and borders to fields. #5. Make sure data validation / to make sure to prevent duplicate entries from happening on 2nd form of "Add a New Client". #6. Test your work, test data range "from date" and "to date" that it works properly. #7. Make sure that you code in latest Excel Version that will allow us to use this Excel Work through OneDrive latest version of Excel. #8. If you did something not correctly when it comes to logic or our concept, you will be asked to correct it, and you will have to correct it. Therefore, everytime we will schedule email, we will simply enter "subject line" of scheduled email and will select client to whom we scheduled this email. In other words - we will need a form to enter our newly scheduled emails into form to enter it into excel sheet and to keep record of our newly added scheduled emails for our clients. 3) Once we schedule many emails for different clients, it is hard to say if we scheduled enough of emails or not enough emails to some of our clients, therefore we need page that would allow us to filter through all scheduled emails via Macro Form - to allow us to enter criteria such as "to show all clients to whom we scheduled less than 2 emails in 1 week" or to whom we scheduled "less than 2 emails in entire month". This will help us understand better how many emails were already scheduled for this next upcoming month for this one particular client or how many more emails we still need to schedule for this one client or for these multiple clients.
