Hi, I need a vba 2016 macro that allow me to select a folder (I use Windows 10) and report all folders, subfolders and files inside that folder, also, report the results in 3 different sheets(tabs): Sheet "Paths" Column "A": Full path to the folder (list all folders and subfolders) Column "B": Path starting from user selected folder (list all folders and subfolders) Column "C": Filename (including its extension) Column "D": Extension only Sheet "Exceeds" Column "A": (based on sheet "Paths" column "A") Path exceeds 215 chrs long Column "B": (based on sheet "Paths" column "D") Filename exceeds 36 chrs long Column "C": (based on sheet "Paths" column "C") Full path including filename with extension exceeds 255 chrs long. Sheet "SpecialCHRs": Files and folders that contains one of the following chrs (in red color): á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ, °, |, ¬, ^ The result I am expecting should come as a VBA macro in excel 2016 spreadsheet. It should support: -Spanish characters (accent, ñ, á, etc.) maybe just using utf-8 fix this issue. -OneDrive and Sharepoint folders (I think it is supported by default by windows) Attached is an example of what I want.

Hi, I can develop a macro to select specific folder (using open dialog box). Then macro will extract file name with path and extension from every subfolder and show according to your instructions. I saw attached example file and understood. I have developed similar macro that accessed folder, subfolder and files. I am experienced Data Analyst and Macro Developer and have done mostly Excel VBA Programming jobs. So, can do this job nicely.
