Excel dashboard for business consulting with monthly data dump

I consult 70 stores total. I’d love a main data dump that feeds into the main dashboard for all stores. With store name and open date ,As well as owner name, and state. On the dashboard I’d love to have a visual of all 70 stores with the following categories. Month ( must be able to include all months of the year. net sales, over-under from previous month flagged red if loss green if sales are higher. Net revenue red if negative green if positive. Labor pct flagged red if above 26% below flagged green. Food pct flagged red if above 25% flagged green if below. On sheet 2 I’d love to be able to compare 2 stores against each other by utilizing a drop down and choosing two stores to compare Sheet 3 I’d love a dashboard to be able to compare 10 stores vs. 1. I’d love to be able to easily plug in each month the data listed for the previous month for each store. but have a clear view of trends for the whole year. Attached is a store board.
