DON'T START FRESH! Hopefully that got your attention from some of the other fluff bidders on here. I have reviewed the calculator + charts and I can see the previous coder has left all the items needed to reproduce this tool on a different domain without an issue. I can grab the needed assets and get this up and running quickly on a domain of your choosing and I can add whatever additional chart you may need or functionality from the input form. It looks like you may have wanted to add a Stacked Chart in the future. The previous developer has taken whatever formulas you had defined in the Excel documents and re-created them in the JavaScript already. The only question is whether the initial values set in the form are hard-coded or dynamically set on the server.
