Virtual Assistant---ongoing for at least 1 year

What I need or require: (1) Weekly drafting of e-mails based on standard wording as provided, allowing me to finish and send them to my colleagues as needed; (2) weekly usage of [login to view URL] to create new surveys, again based on a template that I will provide, so that the survey is ready for me to send respondents to; (3) monthly updating of one or more Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with new data that I provide; (4) monthly creation of new milestones in [login to view URL]; (5) one-time and then periodic usage of Microsoft Word to complete standardized survey results summaries (template provided) by transferring data from [login to view URL]; (6) ongoing tracking of expiration dates on items provided and sending reminder e-mails to me about them, 2 weeks in advance; (7) weekly monitoring of an online account, including a summary e-mail to me once per week of its status; (8) other tasks that I think of along the way and as agreed. :) Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: Communication will be predominantly by e-mail, though usage of Yahoo IM would be a nice option. Initial work will be approximately 10 hours the first week, then work requirements should take 3 to 5 hours per week, with some expansion probable as the relationship continues. Although not required, the ability to make 3 or 4 brief phone calls per month to the U.S. during regular business hours to set outside appointments for me would be useful. Finally, overseas or late-evening work hours are a plus---eventually, the ability to complete certain online tasks between 8pm and 11pm Eastern time will be useful, assuming a successful ongoing working relationship. What will be provided: Detailed instructions and deadlines for each task, by e-mail. Login instructions for all accounts noted. Basic instructions about [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], although your comfort with figuring out those Websites, if they are new to you, is strongly preferred! Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: Fluency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent English writing and reading comprehension skills for ongoing communication with me. Ability to follow instructions in a very detail-oriented manner. Ability to conduct a task every week or every month, on a given day of the week or given day of the month, without having to be reminded. Timeframes: Expected turnaround on most jobs will be 48 hours from filing of request, with timeframe on larger jobs negotiable.
