Open XLSX file with Excel 2003 - Open Excel from Outllook

I have office 2010 and office 2003 installed I have windows 7 installed I have [login to view URL] installed I have [login to view URL] installed When I open an xlsx file from Excel 2003, I have a message: "This file is not in a recognizable format" I can open xlsx from Excel 2010 no problem; but I wish to open it from Excel 2003 When I open an Excel file from Outlook, it goes to Excel and nothing happens I searched internet and could not find a solution I do not want to uninstall Office 2003 and 2010 If you know of a solution that will work, I will set up a session where you can see and drive my computer Please bid if you really know about this topic
