I try to build a focus on a certain goal that i wish to achieve. I alienate myself from any distractions in between. I mark time-lines to achieve/ complete certain tasks. I try my best to achieve it on time. Time management helps me to set time-lines to achieve certain goals. If i do not set time lines, i am bound to procrastinate and ultimately never achieve a goal. If I set out targets and then i process ahead; the surety of completing the task in time is more than ever.
