Permanent Magnet Generator & Motor

Please USA residents ONLY. I need a Full design (Turn key) of a Tiny Permanent Magnet Generator that is 20-30mm in diameter, 3-4mm height and outputs 5-12v, minimum of 0.8 amps or higher (Current is negotiable). The RPM and the voltage and current out put will be disclosed later. I need all of the build document such as the schematic/drawing, calculations and the BOM files associated with this design. I'm Looking ONLY for a Specialized Freelancer that has been designing Alternators and generators that could withstand high hour usages (+9000hr's). The freelancer has to agree to sign our NDA to start the process.
