I have experience in bacterial cell culture and know the first principles relationships which should define the growth characteristics. Would you like the model in excel or python? What initial data do you have to fit the model to your data? What particular bacteria are you using, what growth method (broth, plate culture), and how do you report growth (spectrophotometer, fluorescence, plate counts).
