Excel sample working Documents Related to PPC Department

I am working in manufacturing of small lamps (interior/exterior) for automobile. We have assy lines for it and it's some child parts are inhouse produce from molding and metalysing department .and others child parts are brought out parts. I want to upgrade my PPC department with excellent. I want more working documents(Excel or any) related to PPC which are related to my manufacturing work (lamps).
