I have the following regex expression I am using to find "noise" words in a text field. I am then replacing those words with a blank space. Here is a sample statement that contains some of the words: "\b((and)|(or)|(of)|(I)|(ok)|(at))\b" I would like to simply expand the regex expression to find words using the * wild card so that I can eliminate them as well from the text field. So, something like the above statement changed to add the ve* would remove words that start with ve "\b((and)|(or)|(of)|(I)|(ok)|(ve*)|(at))\b" The statement though does not work and I need someone to write a regex statement that shows me how to add a wild card to remove words like above.
