Ring gear/helical gear and motor sized together with RPMs

I need to have a ring gear/Helical gear or something better designed for the inside of the attached fan assembly, I will also need motor calculations for hp, and size to get the highest possible RPMs on the gear turning so it spins as quickly and quietly as possible, I will need a cad file and stl file of the gear if possible,one gear will set inside the ring and turn and the other will come down the shaft from the motor ,I know there will be many questions,Im also wanting the motor to be 3in or less in diameter if possible,if you know how to do thrust or hydrostatic testing in the software against this fan system ,please let me know because that would be useful info for me as well.
