People Traffic Counter using IP Webcam

I need an embedded software that works with Axis cameras (model will be provided) The software will count people entered and exited. Store the data on local SD card and also wil provide an HTTP API to get the data. Feature Set: - Embedded on Axis Camera, no requirement for PC / Server - Results will be stored on Camera’s SD card for 30-90 days - An HTTP REST API will be available to get the current people count API Methods results be like: a) GetLog(seconds) : X Seconds ago, in 1, out 2 b) GetTotal(seconds) : Total 100 in for X seconds, total outs 95 since X seconds c) Clear Local counting data - There should be a line count but we also should be talking about zone count (height, width start - width end) and curved line count in phase 2 - push counting? (if the camera allows us to. 1 sec time resolution) - We also should eliminate these problems: a) Accurate counting on high density conditions / baby carriages / trolleys etc b) Shadow and reflection problems should be minimised Hours of work: Unspecified Project Duration: 1 - 4 weeks
