I am personally a physicist so I am quite familiar with electromagnetic waves and their working. i have the equipment to reverse engineer this or create a different circuit that will do the required job. i have understood your document and i see no problems with it... you should only pay full amount when you have acknowledged the working video i send you. a complete working pcb will be sent to you with accompanying gerber files so that you can fabricate the board yourself. if interested do contact. some more details would be helpful.
