Hello, Thanks for the detailed description of the project. I am an Electrical Engineer with 30 years’ experience of Customized Product Development for Instrumentation and Control applications. I am based in Kolkata (India) and running a business in the name of "Zetek Systems". I have a good hardware setup and a team for fabrication and testing. As per your timing diagram output#1 is active for only one minute per cycle. So water source#1 is utilized for 1 min. per cycle. Is this the sequence you are looking for or you want to utilize both the water source alternately in ~4 hours? I am thinking of using latch relay for this circuit.
