Elementary Math Question Checking

I have 200 math questions that need checking. The questions include multiple choice answers, and a worked solution. The questions are designed for Elementary (Grade 3 to Grade 6), which is also called Primary (Years 3 to Year 6). Example from Grade 5 Probability: Question: "Ellen threw a fair die 60 times and obtained 9 ones, 6 twos, 12 threes, 11 fours, 9 fives and 13 sixes. What fraction of her throws were less than 3?" Answer: "The numbers less than 3 are 1 and 2. Ellen threw 9 ones and 6 twos. 9 + 6 = 15. The fraction that were less than 3 = 15/60 = 1/4" The questions are accessed online. Please include your qualifications, because part of the job is to ensure the questions are correctly worded and targeted to Grade and Subject.
