Online Radio FM Website

I am looking for a very basic, yet presentable and organized website Online Radio FM Website. I already have a ".fm " domain registered. Idea of the website is to incorporate all leading and popular Online/Live Radio Stations of the world, categorizing them into countries/genres/others so as to giving users t option to search, find and listen to a particular station via live streaming...Along the pages Google Adsense Ads. It should also have option for people to register. The site, in my opinion will be very small, with exactly the same features n functions on most of the pages. The only concern is it should look classy and impressive...and be made with latest tools available as of now.
