Visual C# . Visual ASP.net . CGI . HTML. DICOM . PACS . SQL SERVER . ORACLE. VIDEO PLAYER LIKE FLASH PLAYER INTEGRATION . SHOULD HAVE GOOD GRAPHICS KNOWLEDGE . SHOULD HAVE GOOD PROGRAMMING KNOWLEDGE SHOULD BE CRETAIVE TEAM WORK . OPTIMIZATION OF APPLICATION ON THE MULTI THREAD . API INTEGRATION . WE ALREADY HAVE A SOLUTION WHICH HAS BEEN DONE MAYBE YOU CAN LOOK INTO IT OR CREATE THE NEW ONE. Once we see a Potential Experiance in the Team we will sign NDA and then We will do the Project hand over . but Relevent Experiance is Important for us . Time line to Finish this arround 15 Days .
