If you are the right fit then here below is a checklist You should have already completed a project much similar to this request, expected for you to tweak it and deliver, there's no time to build new or do google R&D You must have an azure account You must have a google account You must have an active credit card/paypal account Cost : USD $200 (non negotiable) Timeframe - 4Days (time is of the essence) Milestone 1 - Azure DB Schema, File Storage, Login Page, Navigation Panel $50 Milestone 2 - Administration Page to Manage Files & Accounts $50 Milestone 3 - Dept.
