Developer: PHP/PostegreSQL build

We are looking for a reliable and excellent developer with PHP and PostgreSQL experience. We’d also like you to have a brain and be able to ‘work stuff out’. You’ll be building a website using an existing database and designs provided. Surely there must be someone out there? Ideally you’d be based near to us (St Albans), but you will definitely be in the same time zone and speak English fluently.
