Hello, I am m.s of systems engineering and b.s of industrial engineering and I have passed many related courses such as mathematics, probability, statistics that statistics is the base of my major, hypothesis testing, confidence interval (that I made a spreadsheet for it too), analysis of variance, regression (that I passed also econometric that is advanced regression), I have good command of English too). I have lots of experience with softwares such as SPSS, SAS, excel but to be honest I am not professional in SQL please give me the scope and also if this is hourly rate or based on the delivery price?

I felt when going through your project description that this is regarding a sample survey. So, first we have to select a proper probabilistic sampling method such as Simple Random Sampling, Stratified Sampling, Cluster Sampling, Systematic sampling etc. We have to use a specific equation for sample size calculation which meets the study requirements. Based on the survey design, rest of the study can be planned. Shall we have a proper discussion?
