Our Agency needs someone who can do quick and 100% thoroughful internet research entering data in an excel list. We need the names and contact details of contact persons for the belonging company. In detail the job looks like this (You find Screenshots of the description attached):
1) You will get a list of approximately 300 Companies. Check the Company Name and enter it in your Browser (Step 1 and 2). Enter site look for the imprint (In German: Impressum) on this page. Usually you will find it at the top or the end of the page. Looking at the imprint, you will find the needed Information (Step 3): Company Name, Address, ZIP Code, City, Country, Phone Number and company specific e-Mail-Address (in terms of what stands behind the @). You will have to fill in those informations into a list we will send you beforehand (Step 4).
After that open up [login to view URL] (You will get our access to a premium account) and click on expanded Search (Step 5). You have to look after people with certain positions in the company. Restrict your search to Members. (Step 6)
We have 4 priorities:
1) Head of Online Marketing, Director Online Marketing, Leiter Online Marketing, Vorstand Online Marketing
2) Head of Marketing, Marketingleiter, Leiter Marketing, Vorstand Marketing, CMO, Chief Marketing Officer
3) Head of SEO, Head of Search Engine Optimization, CMO, Chief Marketing Officer,
4) Marketing Manager, Online Marketing Manager, CEO, Senior Marketing Manager
In the list we hand over to you, there is space to fill in the first name, the last name and the position of 4 contact persons. Fill in the 4 people with the highest priority according to our priorities you can find on XING (step 7). You definitely need to leave out the positions which contain the following terms: "Praktikant/Intern", "Trainee", any position with "Content" or "Social"
This is what you do for approximately 300 Companies.
We will give you a sample list of 10 companies which you will have to do as explained before we hire you. The payment will result from the number of records (the Information you collect) and every Single Person you will find (Step 9), please make a suggestion how much per details for one company and details for one person (e.g. 3 Block in Picture/Step 9) you want us to pay you und how many time you will need for 300 companies.
We will have a look at the sample and then decide whether to hire you or not.
You will need to send us the Results for every 100 samples and we will controll 20% of it.
There will be no payment if there is more than 1% wrong.
