Virtual Assistant - 3 hours per day

We are a small software development company in New York.
My new assistant (hopefully you :) will need a high speed internet connection and skype with Headset to stay in contact with me during your working hours (3 - 4hrs /day)
..you will need to stay remotely connected to two pc's in this ofc.
1 Your remote PC in my ofc- where you can work (access company calendar, help manage our tech projects in our proj mgmt system|
2. My pc-- where you can monitor what I am doing.
(I will help you set up your remote connectivity)
We will talk w/ skype so you can hear what is going on , and be part of the office life. from listenting to my calls, you will put appointments in the carlendar, log trouble tickets in our tracking system, etc etc.
there are only 3 of us in the company, and I wear 4 hats that keep me very busy - 1. Operations manager, 2, Sales 3. Marketing 4. Project Manager..
With all these hats, I need extra support and that is why I am trying to hire an assistant. I will need you to mirror me, and help with the organizational tasks as they come up.
I need your English vocabulary to be strong, and your pronunciation to be clear enough that I can understand you without trying too hard.
You and I will be in frequent communication, and I need you to be a good communicator w/ a good positive attitude.
You'll need strong computer skills. Knowledge of Office Suite, using a database, at least 50 wpm typing.
While there will be project tasks assigned to you, this job is more about communication and general organization. If you are someone who prefers to be assigned a task and then deliver it, this job would probably not be for you. If you are someone who likes people, likes to communicate, and are very organized, then this might be your kind of job. I am flexible on hours.
I'd like you to work 3 - 4 hours per day. 4 days per week. I am flexible on days/times. But I think I would prefer at least some days in my morning (9am - 1pm EST )
