I am looking for a WordPress developer to create a fast and efficient blog site using the Astra theme. The website will have some existing content and design elements, but additional customization and development will be required. Skills and experience needed: - DESIGN of SIMPLE Astra theme using Spectra Editor (example provided) - Strong proficiency in WordPress and the Astra theme Spectra Editor - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with customizing and optimizing WordPress websites - Ability to integrate and configure necessary plugins for desired features - Familiarity with SEO best practices for blog or news sites Specific features to be implemented: - Customizable homepage layout with featured posts and categories - Multiple post formats (e.g., standard, gallery, video) - Social media integration for sharing and following - Email newsletter signup and management - Search functionality with filters and sorting options - Responsive design for seamless user experience on all devices The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently and deliver a high-quality website that is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for speed and performance.
