Make settings to an existing datepicker and add functions

I am looking for a talented developer to make settings to an existing datepicker and add new functionalities. I have a specific datepicker design already in mind and I'm looking for someone to add functionalities to this existing datepicker. There is only one datepicker type that needs to be customized. If you have expertise in this area and can help fulfill my needs, please bid on this project. I have add the standard Version of this Datepicker to this project. Here the settings (some already exists but need some "fine tuning" 1. Date in the past must not be selectable, these days are to be marked inactive in light gray. 2. Today must be marked in color (suggestion=> light-yellow). 3. Check-in and Check-out must be marked in color (suggestion=> light-blue), the days in between must be slightly marked in color (suggestion=> light-blue with transparency) 4. Button or text link that deletes the selected data. (button or link color => dark-blue) 5. Cut-off time of 4 days (today + 3 days) must be preset, in this time no check-in can take place. These days must be set inactive. 6. When Check-out was selected last, the datepicker / window must close itself. Functions that are needed: A) Season times: The date picker must be manually adjustable (season times) by inserting a start and end date, the admin must have the possibility, in case a hotel is closed for a certain time, to enter these times in the date picker as not selectable. These can be different (multiple) days. For example, in many resorts it is not possible to check out or check in on December 30, 31 or January 01. These days must be enterable in the calendar so that these days cannot be selected as check-in or check-out. Or a Resort is closed from 1.1.2024 to 31.10.2024 for renovation. Its important to know, that this datepicker needs to handle many Hotels, not just one. B) Minimum length of stay: In the admin area, a minimum length of stay is also specified for the travel time. The date picker must take this length of stay into account and cannot select days within the minimum stay. When hovering the mouse over the days, the minimum stay should be displayed in nights. 
 For that reason it is needed to login to the database and check the database field. A sample: Today is the 6th of October 2023. The days 6th of October 2023 + 3 following days can not be selected (cut-off time), only the 10th of October 2023 can be selected as check-in date. 

 In the admin area you can see at the season time (check-in date) selected by the user what the minimum stay is for this season. Let's assume it is 3 nights, so the user can choose in the date picker as earliest check-in date the 10th of October (cut-off) and he must stay at least until the 13th of October (check-out) (3 nights).

 Settings / functions should come in a separate file, named as function/setting. Too proof all work, please add the datepicker on a single html file and install the datepicker, so we can check functions and settings.
