Implement an additional Angular web page

I am in the process of building a web site and most of the functionality is already implemented and tested. I have now moved on the the next page and completed the requirements/design specification as well as the supporting Socket/REST services. I now require a developer to implement this next page after completing a quick code review of what is already there. I am also keeping an eye out for a good developer to implement the forthcoming pages, thus possible longer term relationship as there is lots of work. I am looking for an experienced local developer that can do the implementation keeping in line the current framework and coding standards. Ideally meeting face-to-face the beginning. I was a designer/developer myself and have a good grasp of all of the technologies but do not have time, thus I am open to any advice and suggestions and I will be able to understand what you are talking about. The work on this page is fairly simple, I am adding a table to the page using online available libraries, the table must include all the pagination controls like page size, sort by and search etc. The data is sourced from a service with some conversion of values some values to the client (dates, lengths etc). In addition there is grabbing specific event messages on the socket and updating the table accordingly. I will be provide good examples and html code but your css experience will be vital.
