We have a WordPress website which needs to be finished. For this work we are preferably looking for someone who speaks French as the sections will be in that language. We have already started with the site, installed the theme and now the different sections need to be done. To filter the person that will be working on the project, I will now switch for French and vous devrez aussi faire votre offre en francais, cela me fera savoir que vous avez tout lu et vous devez commencer votre offre par la phrase "lu et approuve". Il s'agit de finir le site d'un gouvernorat provincial, les couleur que vous pouvez utiliser sont celles du drapeau de la RDC. Les sections suivantes sont a devoir faire: 1. finir la page d'accueil (vous devez pour cela utiiliser les photos du nouveau gouverneur du Kongo Central en RDC, vous pouvez trouver les photos sur internet) 2. Une section "Champs d'action" et mettre en dessous les differentes parties de son programme 3. une page pour chaque ministere avec une photo du ministre et quelques textes ou images 4. une section avec les dernieres nouvelles 5. une section avec les evenements (culturels...) 6. une page de contact 7. une page ou on pourra telecharger des formulaires et des documents. Vous pourrez vous baser sur le programme du gouverneur pour avoir du texte. Il vous sera transmis avant de commencer le travail. Il sera fort possible qu'il y ait apres a ajouter des sections, mais cela sera dans un autre budget, c'est pourquoi un site des plus professionels est demande. Pour tout le travail, un budget de 150 $ est prevu, toute offre au dela de ce montant ne sera aucunement consideree.
