Drupal template & content conversion

I'm looking for someone to convert my current site's content from hand-coded pages to Drupal. The project will involve building a template that uses only CSS for a resizable layout (and works across Firefox, IE 7/8, Safari, and Chrome. In addition, I'd like the content to be ported, as-is. The current site is only 13 pages which are comprised only of simple HTML and some images. The output should be a site which looks basically exactly like the current site, except for a small user/pass login form in the top-right of the pages. I am open to installing some drupal modules to help get the look and feel right, if need be (CCK, Views, etc.) I expect the CSS to be well-written... not 100s of small one-off styles that are unrelated to each other. All of the content already exists in web-friendly formats... no need to convert from Photoshop wireframes.
