Custom Constant Contact Newsletter Template Needed

We need a customized Constant Contact newsletter template created in XHTML that we can upload to our Constact Contact account with all of the basics in place, allowing us to just change out photos/text/links as needed. As with all Constact Contact templates, they will need to have the standard coding included and be tested to work successfully on a wide range of ISPs and mail software programs without losing format or being blocked. We have included the attachment of the template we want in HTML, but we now need someone to complete the integration with Constant Contact and ensure that everything is working properly. We believe this project should be quite straightforward for someone who knows how to work with Constant Contact templates, and we would like to complet it as soon as possible.
