Real Estate CRM Project

Your New Home Real Estate Company is new in the real estate industry. It is growing rapidly and adding more employees. Because of this growth, there is a need to utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to manage all of its current and future clients. Currently, its sales department has no common tool to use. Instead, each individual sales person uses Excel to manage clients and their information. This includes contact information, sales for each client, and commissions. Every month, each sales person derives a report from their own Excel to showcase their sales closed, sales lost, locations they targeted, clients they gained or lost, and final amounts. This report is for Sales Managers to see. The newly developed CRM system for Your New Home Real Estate Company would allow sales persons to create client records and all the pertaining information to manage that client and associated sales. Sales Managers would be able to see all the information for all the clients for each of their sales persons. They would also be able to retrieve high level reports. This CRM would centralize the client management, eliminate the manual process and maintenance, and allow Sales Managers to see data on-demand. The CRM will be a web application that will be made up of at least a three tier architecture, backed by a relational database, and presented with user-friendly UI. There will be three roles that can login to the CRM and with proper authorization levels, manage the business logic that fall under their role. This application will have the following Roles: ● Sales Person ● Sales Manager ● Administrator
