WIN-10 (64) C# app - super simple HTTP (receive only) server on Local Area Network (see desc)

I need a super-simple WIN10 - 64 compatible C# web server that will be receiving HTTP requests on my LAN and output each GET/POST's variable to a function or procedure. I will handle the rest. I need to receive various information from various devices on my local area network. (I will firewall control that, no need to implement any IP range filtering) It should be a windows form application, not console. In case it's still not sufficient specification I'm icluding more screenshots. (It's difficult to understand but if you do - I just need this bit of C# app) If anybody is awake - I need this in 12 hours. I propose $100 (and of course I need the C# source code)
