I would like a program to automatically scan the following PDF document ( [url removed, login to view]) and pull out the numbers from the third paragraph (i.e. 4.9, 1.4, 1.8) As these numbers change every week, i would need to know if they are +/- based on the word "decreased/increased". I would like a pop-up to appear on my screen with these numbers at exactly 10:30AM EST time as thats when this report is [url removed, login to view] are some more little details i can provide, but if you feel you are comfortable being able to build something like this, please message me.
