Create a Simple MPI program in C++

In this work, you will implement the basic Delta-stepping algorithm as well as the long and short edges technique that speeds up the processing. Each processor will take different nodes of the graph and calculate the shortest paths for those nodes. Although not an ideal solution in terms of load balancing, you consider that each processor takes on the same number of nodes. Please, only bid if you have MPI programming experience in C++.
