PowerPoint presentation

My client has a PowerPoint presentation to introduce their company. The presentation does not look particularly good and needs a redesign as well as making sure that all the formating is correct. It would be a great help if you can make suggestions on how to improve the wording or structure of the presentation. The client is in the pharmaceutical sector. I would like to enhance the presentation in a second phase, so that my client can choose which sections of the presentation to include and if it should be a long or short version of the section. Examples of sections are company history, company structure, management, products, ... The idea is that the first slide has all the different sections listed and each section has three options (exclude/short/long) at the bottom of the screen is a start button which will then start the presentation as selected. The standard presentation has about 30 slides. I would expect that the total presentation of phase two (all slides including long/short version) will have about 50 slides. The bid will be awarded the latest Monday morning. It is of utmost importance that the first phase is completed by Wednesday evening, since my client needs to give the presentation the end of the week. I will only be able to forward the current presentation to the person who gets awarded the bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS PowerPoint 2003
